How to use as liner:
1.) Remove lid from container
2l.) Fill lid with water
3.) Pour water from lid into product as desired (the more water you pour the more watery the consistency of the liner will be).
4.) Use a detail or eyeliner brush to apply eyeliner
How to use as pigment:
1.) Get the liner damp you can do this by:
- Using a wet brush/ sponge tip and swirling it around in the product.
- Using a spray bottle full of water or setting spray and then applying product onto your brush
